Geometry Readiness and Review

The flexible, learner-centered approach offers a portfolio of learning objectives designed to open the door to mathematics concepts, procedures, mathematical reasoning, and critical thinking for learners, ensuring that they have a solid understanding of the concepts needed for geometry success.

ACT and SAT Preparation

Are you hoping to attend a college or university that requires you to complete an exam like the SAT or ACT before applying?

These exams are used by many schools as part of their admissions process. While you don't need to have mastered everything in order to get in, it is helpful to get as high a score as possible. The topics covered here can prepare you for these exams, assuming you put in the time and effort to learn the material you do not already know.

College Readiness

Key fact: Math or English readiness is not the same from one school to the next!
In other words, you may be prepared for college-level Math or English courses at one school, but at risk for developmental (remedial) Math or English at another school. After completing the initial diagnostic, set your "readiness targets" and ensure that you get properly prepared for your chosen educational destination.

Adult Students GED and TABE Prep

The GED and TABE Exams are often used to assess adult learner qualifications. Whether for a high-school degree or for career preparation, passing the GED or the TABE is the first step toward qualifying for a better job or preparing for further studies in higher education

Accuplacer Test Preparation

Most colleges require you to take either the Accuplacer exam or some other placement test before you start taking classes.

These exams are important!

If you do poorly, you will have to take remedial classes that will cost you time and money, and don't count towards your degree. Pursue this goal to get yourself ready for colleges that require a placement exam in either Math or English.
